Taylor Swift was not seen at the Kansas City Chiefs’ away game against the Denver Broncos, according to ELLE’s report. She was in New York City earlier that day for a Toy Story 5 screening; the report says she has attended Kelce’s home games this season but has not been spotted at his away games for the past two seasons.
Taylor Swift was not seen at Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game against the Denver Broncos, according to ELLE, which reported that she was in New York City earlier that day for a Toy Story 5 screening. Her absence from the away game follows a reported pattern: ELLE says Swift has attended Kelce’s home games this season but has not been spotted at his away games for the past two seasons.
Swift attended a Q&A at a Toy Story 5 screening in New York earlier in the day, ELLE reported. She wrote the film’s song, “I Knew It, I Knew You,” which the outlet said has received Oscar buzz. The report does not establish whether Swift traveled from New York to Denver or whether she planned to attend the game.
ELLE said Swift has been photographed at Kelce’s home games this season and was not seen at the Broncos game at Empower Field. The outlet also reported that she has not been spotted at any of his away games during the past two seasons. That describes her public appearances, not necessarily whether she attended games without being photographed.
The report cited security risks as a factor reportedly affecting decisions around Swift’s attendance at away games. It did not identify a specific threat or provide details about security arrangements for this game. Her absence should not be treated as confirmation of a particular reason for missing it.
Swift’s Away-Game Pattern
The game drew attention beyond the matchup because Swift’s appearances at Chiefs games have been closely followed by fans and broadcasters. Her absence in Denver, alongside the report that she has not been spotted at Kelce’s away games for two seasons, offers a useful distinction between publicly documented appearances and confirmed attendance.
Security is a reported consideration, but the available account does not confirm that it explains this specific absence. Swift’s New York appearance is a concrete detail about her schedule; it does not by itself explain whether travel, security, or another factor determined her plans for the game.

Home Games and Public Appearances
Swift has regularly attended Kelce’s games during their relationship, according to ELLE. She has also described her presence at games as support for him rather than an effort to attract attention. In a December 2023 interview with Time, she said: “I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
In the same interview, Swift said she could not tell how often cameras showed her during a game: “I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in,” she said, adding that the camera’s location and timing were not apparent to her. ELLE also noted that she attended some of Kelce’s games last year without being photographed, a reminder that not being seen publicly does not prove she was absent.

What Her Absence Can Confirm
ELLE reported that Swift was not seen at the game; it did not confirm that she was not there. The outlet has previously noted that she attended some games without being photographed. No information in the report establishes whether she considered attending, traveled to Denver, or watched the game elsewhere.
The report’s reference to security risks is attributed as a reported factor, not a confirmed explanation for this particular game. It gives no specific security assessment or statement from Swift, Kelce, the Chiefs, or their representatives about her plans. Those details remain unknown.
The Chiefs’ Next Home Game
ELLE reported that the Chiefs are scheduled to play the New York Jets at Arrowhead Stadium next Sunday. The outlet said the home game could be an occasion for Swift to support Kelce, but her attendance has not been announced or confirmed. Any report of her presence will depend on reliable observation or confirmation rather than an assumption based on previous home-game appearances.
